Processing & Delivery Time

For Domestic Orders (India):

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

    • Other Cities: 4–7 business days

    • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

For International Orders:

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days

  • Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (depending on destination country & customs clearance)

Duties & Taxes for International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s import regulations.

  • These are not included in your order total at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • BuyFera.com is not liable for any delays due to customs.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or customs non-clearance:

  • Domestic: It will be returned to our warehouse.

  • International: The customer may be charged for return shipping or restocking, depending on the situation.

Shipping Guarantee

  • All orders are packed securely to prevent damage.

  • In case of damaged, delayed, or missing shipments, please raise a request via Report a Problem within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.
